Congressional Research Service: HR 3200 WILL Cover Illegal Immigrants

Like I was sayin… you have to read the thing.  I was have seen serveral posts that indicate that the health care reform bill HR 3200 will cover illegal immigrants.

It seems that it is the president that is spreading myths about health care when he says that illegals will not be covered under the plan.  According to the Congressional Research Service the bill will.

I can see why the dems wanted to pass this bill as quickly as possible without giving anybody time to read it.  At some point, we have to start demanding more from our government.

Illegals Getting Representation in Congress

Like I was sayin… it’s not that you count, it is HOW you count.  The government is getting set to count illegal immegrints in the 2010 census.  This will add seats in congress for those states with population gains due to illegal immigration.

Several states including California will gain seats and power in congress while other states will lose power due to population decreases.

The counting of illegals will also inflate the number of electoral college votes that each state gets giving states will high populations of illegal immigrants a greater say in who will win the 2012 presidential elections.
